Special Holiday Season Fee Notice...
Due to the high volume of services being requested for the holiday season Rates for officiants services from 21st of December through the 23rd, and the 26th through the 30th of December will be charged at the weekend rate of $225.00
* an additional 5% electronic payment processing fee and an $8.00 downtown service charge will be included with amount invoiced for services.
* * A permit is required by the Cityof San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department for use of Marriage Island and other riverwalk wedding locations. The fee for this permit is charged separately by the city of San Antonio and is not included in the rates for our officiant services. Decide what type of wedding ceremony you want to have: We have options available to suit couples from all backgrounds.
Religious: If you and your partner share a common religious background or want to raise your children in a particular faith, this is probably the best choice for you. We offer ceremonies specific to most religious denominarions, these ceremonies are the same as would be performed in the church of your particular denomination.
Secular: If you're not particularly religious and you want to incorporate a lot of personal elements into your wedding ceremony, a secular ceremony will work best for you.
Interfaith: If you and your betrothed come from different religious backgrounds, you will be able to incorporate elements of both denominations into your ceremony!
Non Denominational: If either of you is not active in any particular denomination but still identify yourself as a christian or a person of faith, then the general approach to christianity offered by the non denominational ceremony will be right for you.
Civil: If you and your partner are not religious at all, a civil ceremony may be an option for you. A civil ceremony is generally what is used by a justice of the peace.
Wedding services are wonderful and memorable events, to make the most of it, you may also want to think about whether or not you want to include personal vows, songs or readings in your ceremony. Adding elements such as these give your ceremony a personal touch!

Deposit::
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is included in the total price paid for services
.Major Credit cards, Debit cards, Online Checks, and Paypal funds, are accepted.
Paypal is our official credit card processing company.
It is not necessary for client to have a personal paypal account to make payment through paypal. . A 5% fee will be added to your
balance for all electronically processed payments.
Postponement:
If you find that you must postpone your wedding ceremony or rehearsal there will
be a $100.00 rescheduling fee in addition to any previous payment or balance due. Rescheduling will be based strictly on officiant availability.
Payment Terms:
Payment for the Contract Balance is due upon reservation of officiant services. Dates scheduled without payment made upon reservation of services are tentative only and are not binding.
Refund / Cancellation Policy:
The first $100.00 of all payments is held as a place keeper guarantee and is non-refundable. We have agreed to hold a date and time exclusevly for you. The nature of our business and limited availability of time slots require that we retain a financial guarantee on all reserved times, which means we therefore decline to accept other requests for reservations at the time you have requested. If your wedding ceremony is cancelled within 60 days prior to the rehearsal /
ceremony date, we offer a graduated refund policy of your fees. $100 will automatically be retained as a non refundable place keeper guarantee. Remainder of fees are refundable as follows: 50% of balance up to 30 days from date of initial payment. 25% of balance up to 60 days from date of initial payment. If any cancellation is made within 30 days of the scheduled ceremony date the FULL BALANCE IS DUE and is non-refundable. This reservation was made and held on our schedule exclusively for you. In the event a cancellation is initiated by us,excluding termination of services listed in "acceptance of terms" found below, 100% of your fees paid including deposit will be refunded within 30 business days. Delays and unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to ; acts of nature, disasters natural or otherwise, severe traffic conditions, accidents, injury, death, illness, vehicle mechanical problems, severe weather conditions, or other unavoidable situations which prevent your officiant from performing services as agreed, while inconvenient to both the officiant and the client, does not constitute default or a cancellation on our part. Every effort will be made to begin your ceremony as quickly as as safely as is reasonably possible. Client agrees we are not to be held responsible and are to be held harmless from any action whatsoever based on these conditions.
Ceremony Changes:
Ceremony changes to the (script) may not be made within 48 hours of the ceremony
date. if no ceremony script was specified by client we will automatically default to a non denominational ceremony script.
Late Charges:
A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes past the scheduled
ceremony start time. In the event of a late start, appropriate late fees must be paid directly to the officiant before the ceremony will begin. Each Officiant reserves the right to immediately discontinue services due to unpaid late charges. Late fees must be paid in cash, personal checks will not be accepted as payment for late fees. Wedding Ceremony must begin on time. Your officiant may have other wedding services to perform and we absolutely will not delay another wedding service due to a delay of the previous service under any circumstance.
Note:
In the event that this ceremony is delayed due to issues beyond control of the
Officiant, signees agree that the ceremony may or will be edited and compressed for time at the sole discretion of the Officiant. Failure by client to provide necessary information for officiant to effectively perform ceremony as agreed will result in cancellation (with or without notice depending upon what or how much information is missing) of officiants services without refund due to incomplete information.
Notice of limited liability:
The Ministry at san antonio its assigns, staff, successors, representatives, and all other associated persons including any officiants acting in any capacity during the performance of your wedding. are to be held harmless and are hereby released from any liability resulting from personal injury or damage to personal property associated with your visit to or services performed while on the san antonio riverwalk . Acceptance of Terms:
Bride and groom, recipient of services, and including party responsible for making payment for our services, do thereby agree to the terms and conditions as specified above.We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to and will immediately terminate services at any time without penalty or refund in any instance of improper, degrading, abusive, violent, unwelcome advancement, or otherwise unreasonable treatment of any officiant by the client. Each officiant reserves the right to immediately terminate his or her services at any stage of the agreement, or during wedding service itself, in the event he or she determines to be in such a situation.
